2. HOW IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR ITEMS?
We assure you that our items are all in good-high quality. We have selected suppliers that we could trust on.
3. HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY?
For items are in stock, normally the delivery within Singapore will take about 3 working days meanwhile for other countries may take about 5 working days. For items that are not in stock, the delivery will take about 3-5 weeks.
4. HOW OFTEN DO YOU UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE?
We update our website at least once a week which is on every Monday.
5. CAN I REFUND OR CHANGE THE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR ME?
No, we do not entertain any refund or exchange unless it is damaged item or your item is out of stock by our mistake. Please refer to our Exchange/Returns policy.
6. HOW TO KNOW THE PRICES IN OTHER CURRENCIES?
By default our shop is using Singapore Dollar for all the prices. For estimate prices in other currencies, please refer to
OANDA. The final amount in other currencies will be given in the order confirmation e-mail.
7. DO YOU HAVE OTHER COLORS FOR THIS ITEM?
We do not have other colours for the items unless it is stated on the website.
8. MAY I KNOW THE WEIGH OF THE ITEMS SO I COULD CALCULATE THE ESTIMATE POSTAGE FEE?
For accessories & clothing, each item will weigh about 150gm-300gm meanwhile for shoes & bags will weigh about 300gm-750gm.
