Shopping Flow

1.Select the item you wish to purchase

After you decide on an item, click [Add to Cart]. The item is added to Your Cart.

2.Go to Checkout

Click [Checkout]. The items in your Shopping Cart appear in the next page.

3.Checkout

Enter your personal information, delivery address and payment method following the instructions.

4.Receive an order receipt email

You will receive an order receipt email. Check the details of your order.

5.Receive the items you ordered

Please read our FAQ before placing your orders.

Confirmed and paid orders can not be canceled nor refunded unless out of stock. All orders that are not followed by payment within 3 days will be taken as cancellation from customers. Please take note that we will only process order after we receive the full payment.

Delivery Charges

Shipping is free if total price for each destination is more than S$150.00.

Local-Singpost Registered Mail ( Flat Charge: S$3.50)

Enjoy special flat shipping charge of S$2 for delivery within Singapore.

Local-Express Courier ( Flat Charge: S$10.00)

Delivery on the same day before 5pm.

Point Rewards

Upon completion of your registration on our website, you will be given 10 reward points as a starter kit. Every S$1.50 spend on our shop will be entitled for 1 point reward. Accumulation of your point rewards can be used for your next purchase on our shop. Your point balance can be seen when you sign in to your account.

Rewards Points will not be earned under these few conditions (unless stated otherwise):
1. Purchase on promotion or sale items
2. Exchange or returned of faulty items.

Point balance will be set accordingly to your usage.

Customers must register as a member before they can make any purchase in our shop.

There are two types of membership.

2. Privilege Member (PM)
• PM status will be yours when you achieve 300 points or accumulative total purchase of S$200 within two months.
• 10 points will be accredited to upgrading members
• 1 point for every $1.50 spend
• 10% off from selling prices
• S$2 flat shipping cost (regardless of the quantity-local shipping only)
• Receive one time 15% discount and earn double points during birthday month (not applicable for promotion items, please email us copy of your NRIC for verification)
• Monthly free gift with purchase
• Priority reservation items
• News Alert on New Arrivals and Sales Items
• Validity: No expiry
